This training package is designed specifically for those classed as Special Population, with a diagnosis of Arthritis, Asthma, Anxiety, COPD, Depression, Diabetes, Hypercholesterolemia, Hypertension, Low Back Pain, Obesity or Osteoporosis.

My GP Exercise Referral qualification provides me with the knowledge required to tailor sessions for these conditions. I will take care of the mental heavy lifting so you can enjoy exercising & feeling confident again.
